The Board includes leaders in the areas of corporate finance, business development, medical affairs, law and the medical spa industry. Initial members of the Board of Directors include:

Philip C. Berg, J.D.- Philip has over fifteen years of legal and corporate finance experience and has served as Corporate Attorney for NY law firm, Cravath, Swaine & Moore and as Assistant General Counsel of PRIMEDIA, Inc., a $1.5 billion dollar per year company. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard University.

Scott Chandler, M.D.- Dr. Chandler is currently Medical Director at Shaw Science Partners, a pharmaceutical science agency, as well as a board-certified neurologist in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Chandler was previously Vice President of Health Affairs and Strategic Relations at WebMD Corporation.

Richard Fried- Richard brings over a decade of healthcare CFO experience in both a corporate and start-up setting. He has served as CFO of Stiefel Labs, a pharmaceutical company with 2,500 employees in 30 countries, and is currently a Partner with Tatum Partners. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Chris J. Gregg- Chris serves as Co-Founder & President of Elite Med Spa Development Group, LLC. He brings sixteen years of clinical and healthcare management experience with private sector companies as well as with the U.S. Air Force. Gregg owns and operates the first Elite Med Spa unit in Tampa, FL.

Eric Lindsay- Eric has spent his career in healthcare management and was formerly, Vice President, Business Development at Fortune 15 company, McKesson Corporation. He holds a B.A. degrees from Emory University and an M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University.
