Ditto Music has tied up a deal with the hugely popular Sky Songs service to make music available from its large roster of independent talent. This new deal means that artists without a record contract can expose their music to Sky Songs wide network of music lovers.

Ditto Music (http://www.dittomusic.com), previously responsible for 7 UK Top 40 singles all with unsigned artists, have expanded their vast distribution network, adding new streaming service Sky Songs to their growing list of digital retailers.
Services like Sky Songs have previously been solely for major label talent. Now, thanks to this groundbreaking deal, talented but unheard of artists can benefit from the exposure previously reserved for globally-recognized names such as Coldplay or Lady Gaga.

Sky Songs, an ad-free digital streaming and download service launched on 19 October 2009 providing access to a five million track catalogue supported by EMI, Sony, Universal and Warner. Until now the service has only been available to the majors and a select number of large independent labels.
