The information given was incorrect.

The Conexus Cathedral received funding from the Burning Man organization, not the Black Rock Arts Foundation (BRAF). Burning Man funds art that is presented during the Burning Man event at Black Rock City, NV, while BRAF funds art year-round and outside Black Rock City, NV. Burning Man and BRAF are two distinct entities.
