Version 5 gives IT departments running Microsoft Operations Manager 2007 R2 a powerful step-by-step wizard to easily import distributed applications based on standard-issue or custom-built management packs. As new servers, applications or network devices enter the IT environment, Live Maps v5 elegantly adds them to the map and automatically creates state-aware connections down to the interface level. These enhancements coupled with existing wizards, mapping templates, and network link-awareness provides unparalleled visualization options for IT departments using System Center.
