Women@Weil Rolls Out Just Add Women Meeting® Toolkits

The affinity group of women attorneys at Weil, Gotshal & Manges offers "Career Critical" skill building to female lawyers.

Women@Weil, the affinity group of women attorneys at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP is collaborating with Negotiating Women, Inc. to roll out the Just Add Women Meeting® Toolkit to its twenty offices worldwide.

The Toolkit Series includes a series of six meetings addressing a variety of “career critical” topics including Building a Strategic Network, Managing Complicated Conversations and Stepping Up to Leadership. The sessions will be led by women partners/counsel and senior staff, who have participated in a train-the-trainer session.

“We decided to pilot this series in response to women associates' desire for more skill-building and substantive workshop programs,” said Randi Singer, a litigation partner in the New York office. “The women involved in our network are diverse; this series offers something for everyone. While attorneys of all levels can benefit from the series, we are particularly focusing on women mid-to-senior associates.”

The toolkit enables each session to be delivered multiple times by multiple presenters in different offices to address time zone and scheduling issues.
