Kriya Management Group Closes Sale of Comfort Inn North

Kriya Management Group completed the sale of Comfort Inn North in Oklahoma City to Radhe Shyam LLC. Kriya plans on reinvesting the proceeds in the North Texas hospitality and lodging market as they have done after other recent sales of Oklahoma properties.

Oklahoma City, OK (PRWEB) June 5, 2006 -- Kriya Management Group completed the sale of Comfort Inn North in Oklahoma City to Radhe Shyam LLC. Kriya General Counsel, Nina Chudasama, handled the negotiations and terms of the contract and the closing of the transaction. The sale was facilitated at First American Title Company, and no brokerage firm was involved in the sale. Kriya plans on reinvesting the proceeds in the North Texas hospitality and lodging market as they have done after other recent sales of Oklahoma properties. Two properties in Dallas have already been identified as potential acquisitions and are currently under negotiations.

According to Kriya partner Raj Chudasama, the Dallas/Fort Worth and Texas market in general have a higher upside potential in the hospitality market as major cities in Texas continue to grow at a rapid pace. "We have seen substantial increases in ADR and occupancy, which has brough our RevPAR numbers back to year 2000 levels.

Comfort Inn North is conveniently located in Oklahoma City on I-35 just a few blocks from Frontier City. A few of the hotel amenities include 60 guestrooms, indoor pool/spa, deluxe breakfast, and a fitness center.
