Norwalk, CT (PRWEB) May 1, 2010 Dr. Mark Leondires of Reproductive Medicine Associates of Connecticut (RMACT) – Fairfield County’s largest fertility clinic and egg donation center – will speak about the changes of a woman’s body from her pre-teen years through menopause. This interactive presentation and discussion will take place during the Fairfield County Women’s Expo on May 1, 2010 at 12:00 p.m. in the Hartford Room of the Stamford Plaza Hotel on Summer Street in downtown Stamford, CT. The presentation, titled “Life of a Woman: Development from Pre-Teen to Menopause,” will discuss how a woman’s body evolves – the burgeoning of her reproductive years, her fertility, her post-pregnancy body and the culmination of menopause. The discussion will touch upon the functionality of each stage, as well as how it affects her overall physical health and leads into the next stage of life’s cycle. “One of my passions as a fertility doctor is helping patients understand their bodies,” says Dr. Leondires, Medical Director of RMACT. “Fertility is one piece of the puzzle of a woman’s body, and understanding how each life stage affects the next helps my patients see the big picture of their overall health.” This is the first-ever Fairfield County Women’s Expo, which is produced by Connecticut Expos, and has over 200 exhibits in a range of women’s interests from jewelry to beauty to health. Dr. Leondires is one of 21 exhibitors chosen to speak during the two-day expo. In addition to these seminars and exhibits, the Expo boasts of free health screenings, fashion shows, give aways and celebrity guests that will include Jill Zarin from “The Real Housewives of New York City,” James Scott (“E.J. DiMera”) of “Days of Our Lives,” Lisa Wexler of “The Lisa Wexler Show” and Gloria Kamen, author of Secrets of a Jewish Mother.
