Collins Production Announces Signing Actress Phoebe Price; Phoebe has Signed on to do the Film "Talking Heads"

Cooley/Collins Production owned by Stephanie and Tana Collins, signs actress Phoebe Price for their Film "Talking Heads". She had just returned from Cannes Film Festival.

Phoebe Price who is also a world renowned model, signed on to the thriller "Talking Heads" just before heading off to Cannes Film Festival.
