Cashcade Invites People to the First "Real Barrow Race" in Support of Motor Neurone Disease

Cashcade has put together a London swim and run in support of research into Motor Neurone Disease and is hoping to raise £10,000 in the next 30 days.

(PRWEB) June 22, 2006 -- Ricky Barrow Cashcade's Financial Controller was diagnosed with a nasty illness 3 years ago.

So Cashcade has put together a London swim and run in support of research into the illness and is hoping to raise £10,000 in the next 30 days. Money will be generated through donations and entry fees.

Being an innovative company staff put their heads together to think about what could be done to raise the profile of the illness and some money for the Motor Neurone Disease charity - what better way than by organizing a duatholon race, some food, some drinks and some outdoor music near London.

Cashcade would love to see as many people as possible at the race.

A web site has been built to allow people to enter the race which can be found at www.realbarrowrace.com.

And so that people can give direct without the puff and huff sponsors simply need to go to www.justgiving.com/realbarrowrace where credit cards can be used to make a donation direct to the charity.

People are welcome to turn up to this event even if they don't fancy racing but they need to make a minimum of £10 donation via Just giving - this way we can ensure we have enough food and drinks available for everyone.
