Last year, Lisa Mobus, a Diamond Designer with Home & Garden Party, Ltd., was just one of many designers who traveled to Nashville, Tennessee in late July for training and to celebrate their successes with peers. The action-packed schedule included workshops, general sessions, a glamorous Awards Banquet, and a first time ever New Product Carnival, set up like a hometown fair with booths, demonstrations, product displays, games, music and more. On August 10, Ms. Mobus will attend Home and Garden Party's National Rally at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine, Texas.

Ms. Mobus states, "It was such an honor to share the Home & Garden Party stage last year and celebrate the success of my team and personal efforts. I hope that every Designer who attends Rally this year takes home a new goal to change their own lives and the lives of others. Everyone has the power to make a difference. It is simply a choice between 'go for it and reach your personal best through sharing your spirit with others' and 'watch others do what you almost tried to do'. No one wants to be the one thinking 'I wish I had...' or 'I wish I did', especially when it comes to the power of uplifting the spirit and life of another person."

At National Rally 2004, Lisa Mobus, Diamond Designer & Leader, sat in the back of the room during the annual awards ceremony and watched other Designers receive awards for their personal sales, sponsoring and team leadership skills.

This year, Ms. Mobus will be recognized as a National Star for Sponsoring 15 new Designers in the 2005-2006 Rally Year. In 2005, she was recognized for being a company Record Breaker for the most new Designers in one month, New Designer of the Year for her first year sales, and Penny Carlile's President's Award - the Red Rose of Excellence.

"Penny's award was the most inspiring. To be given that honor is a privilege that comes with the responsibility to pass on what you have learned and be a good role model for others," says Mobus.
