Announcing The Ultimate Fantasy Basketball Weekend for Kids September 8-10 at Fairleigh Dickinson University

Boys and Girls, ages 8 to 18, will have the opportunity to learn from the pros at JD's Ultimate Fantasy Basketball Weekend coming up September 8th through 10th at the Rothman Center on the Fairleigh Dickinson University campus in Teaneck, New Jersey.

Teaneck, NJ (PRWEB) July 19, 2006 – Registration is open for JD's Ultimate Fantasy Basketball Weekend (www.ultimatebball.com) happening September 8-10 at Fairleigh Dickinson University's Rothman Center in Teaneck, New Jersey. Several pro basketball players will be on hand to teach boys and girls ages 8 to 18 how to play like a pro, including Ben Gordon, Smush Parker, Channing Frye, Andre Iguodala, Charlie Villaneuva, Becky Hammon and Swin Cash.

“It's the event of a lifetime for any basketball player or fan to learn from the pros,” says Jonathan Marks, founder of JD's Ultimate Fantasy Basketball Weekend. “Plus, the weekend will also benefit kids from the families of 9/11 and remember those lost in the tragic events. Scholarships toward future college tuition will be given on behalf of the Police and Firefighters to basketball players who lost loved ones.”

Kids can sign up for all or part of the weekend. Events will include:
