Cincinnati Men Compete In International Chorus Contest

100 Volunteer Singers from Cincinnati, Ohio try for third International Gold Medal in Society Contest.

Cincinnatis own Southern Gateway Chorus, the 2001 J.A.D. District Mens Chorus Champions and two time International Gold Medalist, will represent Cincinnati in the World Series of Barbershop Harmony" the 2002 International Chorus Competition, held in Portland, Oregon, on Saturday, July 6th. The Southern Gateway Chorus is made up of 140 volunteer local residents who are dedicated to making beautiful music for the enjoyment of the listening public. The International event will be broadcast on the internet and details are available at www.spebsqsa.com.
