Author Responds to Skepticism with an Offering of Proof

Author makes free copies of his new book available for editors to test "The White Method" for themselves. The book claims that chidren as young as 4 years can be taught to read in as little as 4 evenings.

Memphis, TN (PRWEB) July 21, 2006 -- Howard S. White, the author of “Teach Your Child to Read in Four Evenings Using The White Method," www.thewhitemethod.com says that, “While sales have been brisk for the release of a new book, they have not been at a level that should follow the introduction of a teaching method that is revolutionary. Initial interest is very high, but our conversations with editors seems to reflect a certain degree of skepticism about the effectiveness of The Method.”

Stressing the proven effectiveness of his Method, White has responded with a proposal that will, in his estimation, settle the matter.

“For the next ten days, I will send a copy of the book free of charge to the first 50 bona-fide editors that have a child from age 4 to 6 with the understanding that they will take 4 nights of their time and use the book to teach their child(ren) to read,” said White. “I welcome the opportunity to provide proof at my own expense, trusting that the results of this “test” will lead to a wholesale adoption of this revolutionary method and that the literacy of the entire country will be impacted. Keep in mind that my method can teach adults as well as pre-schoolers.”

Editors (presumably overseeing and/or writing for an appropriate audience such as parenting or child rearing) wishing to take advantage of this offer are asked to respond by e-mail to the address given with some form of verification of their position, be it as simple as a return e-mail address with the name of the publication or a telephone number where they can be reached.
