IPIN Reveal iPad Competition Winner and Property Investor Survey Results

The International Property Investment Network (IPIN) announce the winner of their survey competition today. IPIN conducted the survey to find out, from members, what they want from their property investments and whether or not the recession had affected their property investments.

The International Property Investment Network (IPIN) announce the winner of their survey competition today. IPIN conducted the survey to find out, from members, what they want from their property investments and whether or not the recession had affected their property investments.

The prize, an iPad Wi-Fi 16 GB version, was won by Mr. Tim Curl from Suffolk, UK. He was delighted to be notified of his win and had this to say:

I certainly never expected to win and it was a complete shock when I got the news. Now I feel like a winner in more ways than one with IPIN”

According to the IPIN survey in the last 12 months Buy to Let seemed to be the best performing property investment, amongst members surveyed, with 68.3% making a profit and 7.8% breaking even.

Commercial property investment also fared well amongst survey respondents, with 80% reporting a positive experience.

The IPIN survey revealed over 64.4% of members expect to make a property investment transaction within the next twelve months, which shows that consumer confidence, among members surveyed, has not been overly affected by the financial climate over the last 12 months.

Respondents were asked to rate levels of importance with respect to key decision making factors prior to making a property investment. Capital security was deemed to be most important with 70.8% of investors choosing that option.
