Sneaky Little iPod Secrets Worth The Watch?

New DVD hopes to boost iPod knowledge for the masses who own the devices but don't know how to use them.

Memphis, TN (PRWEB) August 2, 2006 -- Guess how many Americans have an iPod? According to the latest study by the Pew Internet & American Life Project, that number has reached 22 million. That’s roughly 11 percent of Americans age 18 or older. Now let me ask another question: how many of those 22 million actually know how to use their iPod?

Everyone knows at least one person with an iPod who really doesn’t know how to use it. Plus, many people know the basics of iPod usage, but don’t fully know the ins and outs of the technology they spent hundreds of dollars on.

One company, Lion’s Crest Productions, realized this, and has just released a DVD entitled Sneaky Little iPod Secrets. A spokesman for Lion’s Crest says, “You may know the basics to your iPod and think that’s enough, but anyone can get the basics right! Even my grandma knows how to listen to music on her iPod.”

The goal of Sneaky Little iPod Secrets is to not only to impart basic iPod knowledge to those with very little of it, but also to give expert status to those with a basic understanding. Topics such as how to customize an iPod, how to impress friends with all the “secret” extra features, how to troubleshoot, and how to optimize the life of your battery, are covered.
