Eastbrook Homes Announces Forward-Thinking Changes on the Eve of the Company's 40th Anniversary Year West Michigan's Largest Builder/Developer Announces Key Managerial Promotions and Office Move. KENTWOOD, MI (PRWEB) August 16, 2006 -- Eastbrook Homes, West Michigan’s largest home builder and developer, announces several promotions within and additions to its staff in conjunction with a corporate office move effective August 18, 2006. The company, based in Kentwood since its inception as Eastbrook Companies in 1967, will move its corporate headquarters to new office space at 1188 East Paris Avenue, SE, Suite 100, Grand Rapids, Michigan, 49546.
Several key personnel have been promoted and new staff added in conjunction with the physical move to better align the company with changes in its current business environment. • Ed Pynnonen has been named the West Michigan Division President • Bob Sorensen will assume the role of Corporate Development President • Brad Mooney is the Senior Vice President of Operations • Martha Thomas is the new Vice President of Sales and Marketing • Mike McGraw steps into the role of Purchasing Manager • Jason Mills has been named Chief Estimator • Leili Lindrup will assume the role of Assistant Sales Manager • Rick Kowalski has recently joined the company as Senior Accountant • Ann Wierengo has recently joined the company as Home Creations Consultant
Personnel from the former corporate office at 2130 Enterprise Drive SE in Kentwood, the former Grand Rapids division office at 5940 Tahoe SE in Grand Rapids and the former Lakeshore division office at 11999 Cleveland Avenue in Nunica will all move together under one roof at the new facility.
