KBZ provides world class TANDBERG-authorized service with Zcare Premiere

KBZ will deliver Zcare Premiere service to local, state, and federal government customers via Winvale's existing procurement vehicles. Under the Zcare program KBZ’s technical staff provides comprehensive support on TANDBERG telepresence and video conferencing equipment with services like 24/7 testing, troubleshooting and technical support, online ticket tracking, system service renewal reporting, up-to-date notifications, and advanced replacement parts delivery. By partnering with Winvale, KBZ Communications continues its efforts to reach the critical audience of federal, state, and local government organizations in need of video conferencing solutions and supportive services, and facilitates greater access to KBZ’s technical expertise with the TANDBERG product portfolio by federally-specialized partners and their customers.

KBZ’s Zcare Premiere service plans will be placed on The Winvale Group’s Schedule 70 contract.
