ALISO VIEJO, Calif. (PRWEB) August 19, 2006 -– In response to the need for more sophisticated and professional real estate agent, the industry’s largest and most comprehensive real estate training and real estate mentoring service, iSucceed, continues to offer $75,000 of support to The Real Estate Apprentice® Foundation. iSucceed has remained an integral sponsor since the inception of the Foundation’s real estate grant and scholarship program.

According to Bill Shue, President of iSucceed, “The Real Estate Apprentice Foundation’s exclusive focus on helping rookie real estate agents succeed through the gifting of real estate educational grants fits seamlessly with our objective of providing robust real estate career development tools and strategies through our online mentoring services.”

The Real Estate Apprentice® Foundation was started in 2004 as a grant program for new real estate agents, awarding bi-annual grants to newly licensed real estate agents who endure a rigorous application and interview process. Over 2,100 real estate rookies applied for the latest round of grants during the Foundation’s fourth season.

iSucceed provides every applicant who completes the three initial essay questions with a free 60-day subscription to its online coaching and mentoring portal. Users of iSucceed (www.iSucceed.com) can log in at anytime and listen to Tele-Seminars and Success Modules on subjects ranging from real estate marketing strategies to search engine optimization from over 200 industry-leading top producing agents, called Mentors. Mentors are selected based on their expertise, experience, uniqueness, success, and philanthropic intention to share their high-level knowledge. Shue explains, “Agents should start in the real estate industry with the mindset that ‘learning equals earning’. iSucceed is about learning from other top producing agents who’ve already taken the exact same road you want to travel.”

New 30-minute Tele-Seminars are produced each week, and nearly 200 calls are now stored for instant access by real estate brokers and agents at anytime. Additionally, Success Modules are produced on a monthly basis for certain topics that require a deeper, more thorough, step-by-step explanation. Shue continues, “The ability for new real estate agents to learn different techniques and ideas from different agents is the crux of the iSucceed program. Additionally, there may be three or four mentors versed on the particular subject matter, allowing for the new agent to select a style that better fits a certain skill set.” By asking multiple mentors to contribute on one subject, iSucceed avoids the “my-way-or-the-highway” approach to real estate learning.

Shue concludes, “I can’t think of a better way to help start an agent’s career than by providing 60 completely free days of iSucceed access to all Apprentice® applicants and full-year accounts to Semi-Finalists.”
