Minneapolis based fashionists hits the Emmy gift suites and collects swag from the Emmy Awards

All Emmy swag collected is being auctioned off to benefit the Elton John AIDS Foundation and Smile Network International.

September 1, 2006 - (Minneapolis, MN) - Alexis Walsko the founder of Lola Red PR got an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at what's really in the glitterati's pre-Emmy Swag bags. She walked away from the famed gift suites with nearly $5000 worth of goodies. Ms. Walsko’s take from the gift suites is being auctioned off via eBay to benefit the Elton John AIDS Foundation (www.ejaf.org) and Smile Network International (www.smilenetwork.org).

This is one of the first times a, “normal gal,” has access to these suites and the celebrities that attend them. The celebs, organizers and sponsors were extremely generous and eager to lock into consumers that lie outside of Hollywood.
