Revelation Technologies announces the release of Dali 2.1, the latest upgrade to its intelligent Data Access Layer software.

Dali is a software component that enables software developers to write database-aware applications with less than half the database-related source code required by traditional methods. This latest version of Dali improves performance and security by supporting stored procedures and parameterized queries. Performance is enhanced considerably by the use of stored procedures. Stored procedures enable frequently used queries to be efficiently compiled and saved in the database. These, along with parameterized queries, enhance Dali’s security by reducing the threat of SQL Injection Attacks.
