Trans-Trade Expands US Logistics Presence with Acquisition of Forward Logistics Group

Trans-Trade, a leading Dallas/Fort Worth-based logistics supplier, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Forward Logistics Group. Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, Forward Logistics Group (FLG) provides a full range of logistics services in Orlando, Miami and Denver.

This is the first acquisition of several planned by Trans-Trade over the next 3-to-5 years. This acquisition expands Trans-Trade’s geographic footprint in North America to include key locations that strengthen its Central US coverage and provides a strong presence in the South/East US. FLG adds additional experience in key industries such as ocean cruise line logistics support and military procurement and fulfillment.
