Since a parent is able to aim the tube (without having to hold his little soldier) mom or dad can keep their hands clean and prevent the child’s clothes from getting wet. Once the child is finished, pop the two end caps back on the tube and stick it back a bag. It can then be cleaned with a little soap and water or an antibacterial agent at home.
