Launches 2.0 Release with Jitterater™ Social Rating Engine and Other Key Enhancements

Brands now have the ability to serve unique permission marketing forms tailored to the individual requirements of each channel, campaign or target segment.   • Hot List. Brand mentions, direct communications, and potentially damaging conversations are placed in the forefront, making it fast and easy for the brand to access and address the most critical communications.
  • Streamlined User Interface. JitterJam’s powerful new navigation and display features highlight most important tasks and the most relevant and critical communications, enabling businesses to focus on the conversations, people and functions that are most relevant and valuable to their social marketing process.
  • Enhanced Metrics. JitterJam’s analytics have been expanded to include “buzz” for each social search, topic or source and each channel within each of those categories.
