Mapleton Communications to acquire Salisbury Broadcasting’s KWWV-FM and KXTY-FM

Mapleton Communications, LLC announces the aquisition of two stations in Sal Luis Obispo and Morro Bay, CA markets. Both KWWV-FM and KXTY-FM are being sold by Salisbury Broadcasting in San Luis Obispo, CA

(PRWEB) September 15, 2006 -- Mapleton Communications, one of the fastest growing radio operators in California, has announced the acquisition of KWWV-FM licensed to San Luis Obispo and KXTY-FM licensed to Morro, Bay, CA. KWWV-FM and KXTY-FM are being sold by Salisbury Broadcasting, Inc., to the Los Angeles based Mapleton Communications which already operates KXTZ-FM, KXDZ-FM, KYNS-AM and KPYG-FM in the San Luis Obispo market.
