The youth are part of a program entitled, "To Be Continued" (TBC)...Creating Young Leaders Through the Arts", a youth based Arts and Education Organization founded by Lisa-Erika James, committed to using theatre as a tool for social change by providing young people in economically and socially disadvantaged communities with the opportunity to grow as leaders. The name To Be Continued suggest that the achievements and work of the young people will always be a work in progress, constantly evolving as these young leaders grow and tackle the complex issues that appear in daily life.

Mathew is Honorary Chairman of their Spring Kick Off and has supported TBC, since it's inception. Mathew states, "it has always been important to me to give back, especially to our youth and future leaders, who are able to benefit from our experience and be inspired by our journey and successes. This is a program I believe in and have witnessed great results from the students, and it was important to me to be involved to help make a difference and I have continued to do that with this and many other non-profit programs for youth."
