Euroquartz Extends Filter Frequency Range With Caiqin Partnership Agreement

Frequency control specialist Euroquartz has extended the capabilities of its filter product line with the introduction of a new range dielectric microwave filters. A new partnership agreement with Chinese manufacturer Caiqin Electronics will extend the available frequency range up to 3.5GHz.

(PRWEB) September 20, 2006 -- Frequency control specialist Euroquartz has extended the capabilities of its filter product line with the introduction of a new range dielectric microwave filters. A new partnership agreement with Chinese manufacturer Caiqin Electronics will extend the available frequency range up to 3.5GHz.

Euroquartz Filters division designs and manufactures custom electronic filters for defence, telecommunications and similar applications, and the agreement with Caiqin increases the range of products available to customers. Andy Treble, Euroquartz’s sales and marketing director, commented, “The agreement with Caiqin includes design cooperation between the partners that will enable us to provide enhanced custom design capabilities for specialist applications. Our customers will benefit from the additional frequency ranges now available and from the excellent quality and lower costs achievable through Caiqin’s ISO 9001 manufacturing facility.”

Applications include RF and microwave communications such as GSM, 3G, GPS, satellite and TV transmission, wireless security systems, radar, aerospace and military.

Other new products available are dielectric patch antennas, duplexers and resonators.
