The world renowned Disney Institute will bring their own special brand of magic to the Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona during October to show the local business community what makes them tick. During a one-day event they will share the successful business practices and philosophies that have made the Disney name synonymous with creativity, quality and innovation the world over. The American Marketing Association (AMA) Phoenix chapter is hosting the event to be held at the Tempe Mission Palms on October 5th, 2006.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (PRWEB) September 20, 2006 -- The world renowned Disney Institute will bring their own special brand of magic to the valley during October to show the local business community what makes them tick. During a one-day event they will share the successful business practices and philosophies that have made the Disney name synonymous with creativity, quality and innovation the world over. The American Marketing Association (AMA) Phoenix chapter is hosting the event to be held at the Tempe Mission Palms on October 5th, 2006.

The program will be presented in four 90 minute sessions that focus on different aspects of the Disney corporate culture. Topics include leadership, management, service and loyalty. The aim of the sessions is to help business leaders and their staff to determine the effectiveness of their own organizational culture and provide energy, excitement and innovation to move things to a new level.
