Green Olive Tree Publishing Launches New Publishing Program Green Olive Tree Publishing (GOT Publishing) launches its new publishing program called "GET ME Published." The program is geared towards aspiring writers who are having a difficult time finding publishers to take a serious look at their manuscripts. (PRWEB) September 20, 2006 -- Green Olive Tree Publishing also known as GOT Publishing is excited to roll-out its GET ME Published Program. The GET ME Published Program is for new and aspiring writers to receive priority review status and a publishing contract through Green Olive Tree Publishing. Green Olive Tree realizes how hard it is for aspiring authors to receive a fair consideration through major publishing houses. Thus, this program seeks to eliminate the endless cycle of rejection for many authors.
To qualify for the program, writer's must participate in the online community board called "Writer's Block" hosted by GOT Publishing for at least four consecutive weeks. Participants must also provide 10 meaningful posts in the online community. There are no submission fees or administrative costs to be in the program. The only requirement is participation. Then, twice a year, GOT Publishing will only accept unpublished manuscripts from members of its online community. All submissions must meet the company's submission guidelines. From there, GOT Publishing will place priority status on reviewing and choosing the winning manuscript to award a publishing contract to. GOT Publishing will also provide complimentary feedback on all manuscripts submitted that follow the submission guidelines during the intake period. The winner will receive a publishing contract as well as a book release party hosted by Green Olive Tree Publishing. To join "Writer's Block", please visit www.got-publishing.com.
GOT Publishing believes that this program will encourage writers and authors to share their knowledge and expertise to others and in return possibly receive a publishing contract. The first call for authors will be December 1 through December 20, 2006. The winning author will be announced in Spring 2007.
