Capital H Group, a rapidly growing human capital consulting firm, continues to expand its national reach by opening a metro Boston office that will serve New England. Capital H Group, established three years ago, recently closed on $25 million of private equity funding from FTVentures and is building a national consulting company through acquisitions and organic growth.

Capital H Group, established three years ago, recently closed on $25 million of private equity funding from FTVentures and is building a national consulting company through acquisitions and organic growth.

Judson (“Jud”) DeCew has been named Managing Director of the Boston office, and will be responsible for managing and expanding Capital H Group’s team of consultants and developing client relationships. DeCew has over 30 years of experience as a business leader and a consultant, and has built two professional service organizations from scratch. Most recently, he was with Weiser Enterprise Advisors, and, prior to that, with the Hunter Group, a human resources technology consulting firm. “We’re excited to open our doors in Boston and are finding a real appetite exists for our services as an alternative to the smaller boutique consulting firms as well as the very large global firms,” said DeCew.
