Asheville, North Carolina (PRWEB) September 21, 2006 -- On September 4, 2006 Horse Sense of the Carolinas, Inc. kicked off an online auction to raise money for the Horse Sense/Mountin’ Hopes Scholarship Fund. The scholarships will bring equine facilitated psychotherapy services to children and families in need. The auction can be accessed by visiting http://www.HorseSenseOtc.com and runs through October 14, 2006. The online auction currently features a single week condo rental at Beaver Creek Resort, a horseback ride with lunch at the Biltmore Estate and art by local Western North Carolina artists such as Rachel Childress, Mista Whitson and Cherokee basket weaver, Mary Jo Taylor. Auction participants can also bid on gift certificates from a variety of local businesses including Colorful Palate Catering, Salsa’s and Sensibilities.
