Stephen Boyd brings second-generation HR expertise to outsourcing firm.

He is also a second-generation HR professional—he grew up discussing human resources issues and watching the profession evolve under the tutelage of his father. Boyd spent 23 years at the Dovetail Group, a leading HR consulting firm that provided services similar to those offered by HRAmerica. His background includes both human resource management and recruiting. Boyd has been a business partner for Abra Software, Ultimate Software, Ceridian, ADP, Time America and many others. This extensive experience has given him the credentials to excel as the HRAmerica CEO, a position that interests him because of the scope and services offered by the company.
