Mr. Lofton Dropped from TV One Programming Mr. Lofton meets with executives at TV One. The decision for Mr. Lofton appearance on TV One comedy show hosted by The Brother's Bill Bellamy was decline. "I wasn't the right opportunity." Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) Friday September 24, 2006 -- The stage was set. TV One programming. This Fall. The shows host star of How to be a Player and The Brothers Bill Bellamy along with co host Martin's Tommy Ford. Mr. Lofton's role introduce the next hot commedian. It was all too perfect. Yesterday Mr. Lofton met with the shows producers and in fact made a great impression. "When I left the meeting the producers from the show were all laughs and the executive producer gave me that approval as an actor."
Everything seems all down hill from there right? Casting director Gary McCoy gives Mr. Lofton a pound and says "Thanks for comming out." Today,however, Mr. Lofton got the word that he has been dropped. "There's no hard feelings. Obviously the shows producers felt that it wouldn't be a good opportunity for me. I still have a great relationship with Mr. McCoy and TV One. Maybe a better opportunity will come along in the future. Maybe one tht will show off my ability to act or produce?"
The show's title is unvailable and prodution is still in progress. The first four episodes were filmed between L.A. and Chicago. The next episode will be filmed in Atlanta at the Civic Center today and tommorow.
