According to the filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the advisor believes these industries will always be supported and that companies in these industries, if managed correctly, will continue to experience significant capital appreciation during good and bad markets. MUTUALS.com considers these industries to be nearly "recession-proof."

The Fund is available for a minimum investment of $2,500. The distributor of the Vice Fund will make orders available to purchase shares during an initial offering period from August 15, 2002, to August 30, 2002. The initial offering price will be $10.00 per share. The Fund is available for many account types, including individual, joint, corporate, and IRA.
