New California Video Called “Riveting” By Advocates For Disabled And Handicapped Injured Workers

Workplace violence restraining orders become focus of new documentary by San Francisco labor activist examining the California workers’ compensation system

Los Angeles (PRWEB) September 27, 2006 -- A 27-minute video produced for San Francisco television known as “Labor Line” has focused attention on the plight of those injured workers fighting to receive court ordered medical benefits in California.

The video chronicles the struggles of nurse Barbara Clark and her on-going racketeering lawsuit (under the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act) against the Adventist Health System of Placer County, California (see case no.
