Payment (Sudoku) Puzzle Now Available for Any Business, Finance, Accounting or Accounts Payable Professional who Requests It

Accounts Payable Now & Tomorrow (www.ap-now.com ) has created an alpha puzzle based on Sudoku. This first one, in a sporadic series, is entitled PAYMENTS! Others will be offered to readers of its free e-zine, e-News from the AP Front.

Port Washington, NY (PRWEB) September 28, 2006 -- The phenomenal growth in the popularity of Sudoku, this once little-known game, reminds us of how quickly the business world is changing. The speed is especially true when it comes to accounts payable and the way the corporate world pays its bills. Occasionally, says the publication’s editorial director, Mary Schaeffer, we like to have a little fun. So, when we saw a book on Wordoku, the alpha version of the popular puzzle based on numbers, we knew we had to develop a puzzle for our readers of our free ezine (http://www.ap-now.com/ezinesignup.html) .

Let’s face it, Sudoku is a lot of fun and for the few minutes you concentrate on the puzzle, you can block out your troubles and problems. Evidence of the games popularity can be found in bookstores newspapers, magazines, all of which have found a place for this intriguing brainteaser. So, we thought, why not the business world?

The hardest part, she explains, was finding a nine letter word without repeating letters, one that was related to our mission of helping companies with their payment processes. Eventually we settled on PAYMENTS. Yes, we know it only has eight letters, so we added an “!” at the end to make it nine. We’ve decided to make it available to anyone who asks. The puzzle is free and can be had by sending your name, title, company name and mailing address to publisher@ap-now.com.
