CitiApartments Restores Rental Units At 4540 California

San Francisco, CA (PRWEB) September 29, 2006 -- Over the course of one year, CitiApartments has brought eight apartment units at 4540 California back into the rental market. These units had been neglected for over ten years and have now been restored to the quality CitiApartments prides itself on.

The dilapidated conditions and code violations that were inherited by CitiApartments upon taking ownership of the building have all been resolved and are now up to current codes and standards. All violations have been signed off by the city.

Each unit is now furnished with cherry wood Kitchen cabinets, black granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, energy efficient lighting and double pained windows, hardwood floors, and brand new Bathrooms with new bathtubs, fixtures and marble flooring. Along with these units, CitiApartments has also painted the entire exterior of the building, upgraded all of the plumbing and electrical, restored eleven parking spaces and installed new carpet and lighting throughout the common areas.
