Biscayne Bay Young Republicans to Hold Benefit for USO

Biscayne Bay Young Republicans 8th annual Halloween party will include costume contests & a silent aution to benefit the USO on Friday Night, October 27th, at the American Legion Post 31 in South Miami starting at 7:00 p.m.

Miami, FL (PRWEB) September 30, 2006 -- The Biscayne Bay Young Republicans announced today their 8th annual Halloween celebration will benefit the local chapter of the USO, an organization dedicated to entertaining American troops around the world. The event will be held Friday, October 27th at 8:00 p.m., at American Legion Post 31 in South Miami.

The event will feature contests for best and worst costumes, raffle prizes and a silent auction of gifts donated by South Florida businesses. Contributions for the event will be $25 for non-members, $20 for members and $15 for any new members who join the organization at the event. Local Republican candidates seeking election in November are expected to be in attendance.
