Charter Software's DealerWin™ Software Now Interfaces with Polaris' Parts Ordering System

Charter Software Inc., a leading provider of business system software for outdoor power, powersports, and agricultural equipment dealers, announced its release of its interface between DealerWin™, its 32-bit Windows-based business management software, and Polaris’ parts ordering system.

Charter Software Inc., a leading provider of business system software for outdoor power, powersports, and agricultural equipment dealers, announced its release of its interface between DealerWin™, its 32-bit Windows-based business management software, and Polaris’ parts ordering system.

The interface allows Polaris dealers to create an order file that can be imported directly into Polaris’ web-based ordering system. Creating this file within the DealerWin™ system maintains order accuracy and saves time by eliminating the need to re-key the order into the Polaris web site or order by phone/fax. This Polaris interface is further enhanced when the dealer uses ARI’s PartSmart to transfer picklists to parts/service invoices and/or parts orders in DealerWin™.
