ReVamp's Vintage Bridal Collection Debut Fashion Show

reVamp Vintage and Dark Garden Corsetry join forces to bring you The Bridal Collection Fashion Show. Designs will include vintage reproductions from 1910 to 1959, and corseted gowns. Show is October 15.

(PRWEB) October 6, 2006 --ReVamp Vintage, well known for their finely crafted vintage reproduction clothing is pleased to announce the debut of their Bridal Collection. On October 15, 2006 the Sunday Afternoon Fashion Show, a longtime reVamp institution, will showcase Brides, Brides and more Brides. Of course, since reVamp’s line consists of fashions from 1910 through the 1950s, this show will be a celebration of brides from the past. The collection will include a delightful twenties silhouette perfect for a Gatsby-esque wedding. A 1950s vision in champagne and pink shantung silk is sure to cause a stir, and a wartime bride clad in the loveliest golden silk and lace will also walk down the reVamp aisle.

Annamarie von Firley, the owner and designer of reVamp has been looking forward to having a bridal line for some time. She has re-interpreted existing reVamp designs for brides previously, but felt it was time to create dresses truly worthy of decades past for discerning brides of today.

Adding even more excitement to our event will be a collection of gowns and corsets from Autumn Adamme, owner and designer of renowned Dark Garden Corsetry. They are certain to make any bride more curvaceous and mysterious.

Both Annamarie and Autumn have similar motives in creating bridal silhouettes. They both cater to the bride with personality and a desire to express her own unique qualities in an extraordinary creation. Whether she is a vintage clothing aficionado, a rebellious spirit refusing to go traditional, or simply someone who appreciates fine craftsmanship in a timeless design, she is sure to find inspiration in these nostalgic, feminine and flattering confections.

The Bridal Collection Fashion Show begins at 12:30 pm on Sunday October 15, 2006.
