MDT Personnel announced today a definitive agreement whereby MDT Personnel acquired substantially all of the assets of Able Body Labor, a leading provider of temporary staffing services. The effective date of the transaction is September 1, 2010 and terms were not disclosed.

Able Body Labor, founded in 1986, provides temporary staffing services to the construction, light industrial, event staffing and disaster recovery sectors throughout the U.S.. “MDT Personnel is an exceptional organization with a strong management team that can bring the necessary working capital and technological innovation that we need to move forward.
