Minnesota Real Estate Developer - Naterra Land – Celebrates Great Outdoors with 'Up North Fishing Tales' Essay Contest

Naterra Land invites fisherman to submit fishing stories from vacations on the boat or at their lakefront property.

Minneapolis, MN (PRWEB) October 11, 2006 -- Naterra Land (http://www.naterraland.com ), a leading developer of Minnesota real estate and lakefront property, is proud to announce the winners of its “Up North Fishing Tales” essay contest held earlier this summer.

Entrants were asked to express their favorite fishing experience in a 500 word essay. Essays were divided into two categories: one for adults and the other for students.

In the essays submitted, fishermen shared memories of fishing with loved ones, recounted tales of the “big one” that got away and shared fishing “bloopers” that have now become family legends.

“We found that for many, spending time with family and friends at their lakefront property or on the boat, far outweighs anything that is pulled out of the water,” said Steve Roman, Executive Vice President of Naterra Land.

Essays were judged and evaluated according to the following criteria:

1) Originality and creativity

2) Writing style

3) Relevance to the topic
