CVAC Systems Invited by Dow Jones to Present its Unique Platform Technology at Emerging Ventures Conference

CVAC Systems will present its proprietary patent-pending process, validation data and published data describing the scientific pathway for its potential application in diabetes, insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome.

Temecula, CA (PRWEB) October 17, 2006 -- CVAC Systems, Inc., the developer of Cyclic Variations in Altitude Conditioning technology, will provide two invited presentations at the Dow Jones Emerging Ventures Conference in San Jose, California on October 18, 2006.

Joining 42 other start-up companies with a focus on nanotechnology, homeland security and emerging technology, CVAC Systems will present its proprietary patent-pending process, validation data and, for the first time to a large audience in a non-confidential venue, published data describing the scientific pathway for its potential application in diabetes, insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome.

The CVAC process encompasses scientifically validated intermittent hypoxic (high altitude) training (IHT) to trigger the human body’s natural high-altitude adaptation response. The high-altitude adaptation response is scientifically understood to evoke increases in red blood cell mass and capillary density. Using dynamic changes in air pressure that simulate changes in altitude, it triggers the body’s natural high-altitude adaptation response. The ability of the CVAC process to enhance tissue oxygenation and removal of toxins from the body suggests that it could benefit individuals who experience the limit of human performance, whether it is a result of athletic exertion, sickness, or the aging process.
