Boston, MA (PRWEB) October 18, 2006 -- Ruby Chard Cooking Classes and Culinary Events (Ruby Chard) is pleased to announce its November line up of cooking classes in three new locations - Canton, Newton and Concord. These classes offer a variety of cooking experiences that engage all five senses while focusing on today’s busy lifestyles.
“Our goal is to teach skills for a lifetime of healthy cooking” says Joan MacIsaac, executive chef and partner. “In each class we inspire students, no matter what their cooking abilities, to experience new foods as we introduce them to approachable culinary techniques.”
“We are thrilled to work in some of Boston’s most gorgeous kitchens” says Irene Costello, managing partner. “Expanding to three new towns around Route 128 and adding daytime classes for busy mothers will help us reach a broader audience than ever before.” Ruby Chard has partnered with B/S/H Showrooms in Canton, Kitchen Views Custom in Newton Center and Trinitarian-Congregational Church in Concord.
Classes are offered in two convenient times – daytime and evenings. Fees range from $65 for a demonstration to $95 for hands-on. Every class is interactive with everyone receiving personalized instruction. All culminate with a food and wine tasting. A sampling of some courses includes:
• Four Pastas and Four Wines • Hors d’oeuvres for Easy Entertaining • Be a Guest at Your Own Dinner Party • A Southwest Dinner Party
