Both of Bill's businesses serve clients from around the United States and around the world, providing promotional services for his client's online businesses.

Bill's business model revolves around the idea of using good quality, informational content to build exposure and links for his client's websites.

When asked about his move to a new office, Bill said, "Our business has been growing at a record pace. We are hiring new people to meet our demand. In order to sustain our growth, we had to move into a larger office that could continue to meet our needs for at least the next year. We have done that."

With more space and new staff, Bill Platt said that he feels that he will be able to improve his programs much more quickly than ever before. While his programs have evolved considerably since his September 2001 start-up, he feels that the opportunity to expand the reach of his services, is right around the next bend.

Bill started thePhantomWriters.com in 2001, while he was living in Ponca City, Oklahoma, where he grew up. He spent 2-1/2 years in Enid, Oklahoma. In his first 18 months in Enid, he worked full-time while building his business. During his last year in Enid, he operated as a sole proprietorship working to continue his growth. In March of 2006, Bill moved his family and business to Stillwater, Oklahoma.

When asked why he chose Stillwater, he said that having lived in the area most of his life, he understood the potential that Stillwater offered to him and his family. When asked if he had any regrets, he said, "No regrets. It is everything I expected it to be and more."
