Anthony Pollak takes ISE activity private. ISE Consulting and Directing Ltd. announced today its majority stockholder, Pollak Tishler Holdings Ltd., a company controlled by Anthony Pollak, completed the purchase of all of ISE's business assets for the price of 28.6 million NIS. Simultaneously with the activity purchase, Pollak Tishler sold all its common stock in ISE to Upswing Ltd. for 4.7 Million NIS.

Anthony Pollak resigned his position as Chairman of the Board and President and will focus his efforts in the private company. ISE's assets, which were sold in the going private transaction include:
