KLATU SIGNS SALES AGREEMENT WITH SALESOUT INC

SalesOut will exclusively market Klatu’s eCom application and back-office solution to computer product manufacturers.

Under the agreement’s terms, SalesOut will market a consumer e-store-fulfillment solution under the name “Meta-Direct” utilizing Klatu’s eCom application and back office infrastructure and services. Klatu will build, host and maintain the e-commerce store and perform the required fulfillment services. In combination, the solution enables any manufacturer to quote landed-cost prices to consumers throughout Latin America as well as deliver the ordered products.
