NewVitality News Adds "Ask Jayna" Page NewVitality News, a health information site, has added a question and answer section for questions about diet, nutrition, and health concerns. Minnetonka, MN (PRWEB) November 3, 2006 -- A new "Ask Jayna" feature on http://www.newvitalitynews.com allows visitors to ask health-related questions anonymously. The site editor, Jayna Locke, provides answers and, if appropriate, offers product recommendations that can further assist the individual. Any questions that may be of interest to other individuals are posted, along with their related answers, on the web site. For privacy, names are never published.
Jayna Locke, owner and editor of NewVitality News, has had a lifelong interest in health and nutrition, and in assisting others in improving their health through natural means. She has also been a freelance writer for 20 years, and has published many articles on health, nutrition, and wellness. The "Ask Jayna" Q & A page is the culmination of Locke's many years of experience with alternative health as well as her research in natural health.
"There is so much that we can do on a daily basis to stay out of the doctor's office and live a longer, fuller life," Locke said. "Just doing a semi-annual detoxification program can help your body recover from the challenges it faces each day. While it's so important to consult our doctors and get regular check-ups, physicians overall are still not yet talking the language of prevention."
In addition to the "Ask Jayna" Q & A page, NewVitality News offers health-related articles on topics such as calcium intake, the benefits of vitamin B-12, health gift giving, heart health, and "mood food": a guide to improving mood through diet.
The site also offers an online "healthy gourmet" recipe collection, including gourmet kale and cabbage recipes, gourmet avocado recipes, and gourmet bean recipes. The recipe collection comes from a variety of sources on the internet as well as the editor's own kitchen recipes.
NewVitalityNews.com aims to be a regular stopping place for people who seek to improve their health, address issues like inflammation and arthritis with natural products, and take a proactive approach to their long-term health.
