Ishares Russell 2000 seeks to duplicate the performance of the Russell 2000 Small Cap Index. Current top holdings are, Plains Exploration & Production Company, Joy Global Inc. and Crown Holdings.
Ishares Russell 2000 corrected hard in June and July but shares have now advanced almost 17% from their lows. This breakout sets a new target for Ishares Russell 2000 at $81.23 a share.
