Addition of Staffing Services to Health Career Agents Health Care Recruiting Owner Program Offerings

Staffing services and payroll funding will become part of the Health Career Agents Owner Program, in addition to the existing permanent placement services, starting in January of 2007. As part of this new service, Health Career Agents will cover payroll funding for its Owner's health care staffing transactions in addition to training them on process and operations. Owners will be able to enjoy an attractive portion of the profit while Health Career Agents covers payment of payroll.

St. Louis, MO (PRWeb) November 22, 2006 -- Staffing services and payroll funding will become part of the Health Career Agents Owner Program starting in January of 2007.

"The ability for Owner/Operators to enjoy an additional revenue stream through staffing services is big", says Charlotte Byndas, Chief Operating Officer of Health Career Agents. "Traditionally, an entrepreneur needed hundreds of thousands of dollars to launch a staffing enterprise to cover the 'float' or outgoing payroll until a facility (client) pays the staffing company."

As part of this new service, Health Career Agents will cover payroll funding for its Owner's staffing transactions in addition to training them on process and operations. Owners will be able to enjoy an attractive portion of the profit while Health Career Agents covers payment of payroll. In addition, Owners have the option of self-funding their staffing transactions, at any point, if they prefer.

The addition of staffing services to the Owner/Operator Program is one of the reasons why the cost of the Program is increasing in January of 2007. However, until the end of the year, prospective Owners can still get involved at the current $34,900 price.

Health Career Agents has also made it possible for new Owners to start their training at the December 2-3 training session. New Owners (from some states) can sign up as late as December 1st and still attend, then complete their training, remotely, during December. Even those who miss the December 2-3 training can get a head start with remote training in December.
