MojoPages.com Announces an Exceptionally Successful Alpha Launch Internet startup company, MojoPages.com, today announced it has successfully hit its alpha launch date with two days to spare. San Diego, Calif. (PRWeb) November 28, 2006 -- Internet startup company, MojoPages.com, today announced it has successfully hit its alpha launch date with two days to spare. Joining in the celebration are thousands of internet users worldwide who have followed the startup's countdown to launch.
On Oct. 26, 2006, MojoPages premiered "MojoPages.com: 30 Days to Launch," a video documentary series revealing a behind-the-scenes look into the life of a startup. Beginning at the grassroots level, viewers have been tuning in to watch the company develop, provide feedback and see if MojoPages would in fact hit its target date, Nov. 26, 2006.
In alpha since Nov. 24, a handful of testers, along with the MojoPages' team, have been diligently testing the site for bugs and functionality.
"We're basically trying to break MojoPages right now; that's what happens in alpha testing," said Rodney Rumford, MojoPages Technology Advisor. "We are working relentlessly to ensure that the user experience is easy and at the same time make sure the software works perfectly with no known bugs. Bringing a robust service like this to the marketplace is a very technologically challenging task. We are always focusing on the customer and want to make sure that the site works as they want it to, so we are constantly incorporating suggestions for improvements from the alpha testers."
MojoPages will be inviting alpha testers in phases to ensure that all the suggestions from the hundreds of initial testers are incorporated. To date, hundreds of people have requested to participate, eager to dive into the highly anticipated site.
"We are so grateful for all the support we have been getting," said Jon Carder, CEO of MojoPages. "Their feedback and dedication to the site is tremendous, making me all the more confident in our upcoming beta launch."
Since the purpose of the company is to make businesses transparent, it seemed only right that MojoPages lead by example. Internet visitors can get an insider's view into the company through the unmoderated MojoPages Team Blog and the video documentary series. While the countdown to alpha launch has come to a close, addicted viewers can continue getting their weekly fill of "30 Days to Launch" as MojoPages continues filming through beta launch.
"At this point, it's all up to our programming team of coders," said Carder. "Everyone is working around the clock, so it's simply a matter of how quickly we can find and then fix the bugs. The feedback from our alpha testers is proving invaluable. They keep coming up with new ideas on how we can improve the user experience, so we are making those changes too."
If the MojoPages' team's hard work and dedication are any indicator of things to come, they should achieve a similar result in hitting their beta launch and beyond.
